True Traditional Hunting Bows

Each Sauk Trail Custom Bow is hand crafted using American grown and imported woods. We carry a large inventory of riser and limb core material as well as many varieties of veneers. Our bows are reminiscent of bows of the 50's . We never use any high tech materials such as carbon limb core or any material that wasn't around back in the day. Whatever your passion, Recurve,  Longbow or Flatbow, Sauk Trail will create a one of a kind bow just for you.

Our goal is not to reinvent the wheel but to continue its basic motion. With all things changing so quickly and high technology taking over our world, we at Sauk Trail are determined to slow things down, back to a time when simple was better and less was more. Keep the past alive. For almost 30 years Sauk Trail has offered Hunting and Fishing trips to some of the most exciting places in the United States and Canada. We now are headed to the Great North Woods of Minnesota. Ely is now our adventure destination. We have choosen Silver Rapids Lodge as our base camp. What a great place to be. Good people, fine cabins, super fishing and the Superior National Forest hosting some of the best deer hunting the state has to offer.
